Apart from having a totally cool name, Thaiger on Causeway Lane in Melbourne is serving up some pretty radical burgers. What makes them so special is a contemporary Thai twist on some traditionally delicious flavours. We’re loving the Pou-Nim Black Burger, that serves up cripsy soft-shell crab with granny smith apple, Asian slaw, sweet and tangy dressing, all in a funky black bun.
