The Verdict
This place really kickstarted the Highett transformation. With light, modern interiors, a central location across from Highett station and one of those menus where you can’t decide what to order because everything looks so good, this little café is checking all the boxes.
If you’re having trouble choosing, allow us to help you out - the French toast with creme patissiere, bananas, flaked almonds and Pedro Ximénez date compote is seriously amazing! And wash it down with jasmine pearl tea which arrives on a wooden board with a cup, an iron teapot and a box with three sandglass minute timers, depending on the strength you want your tea. So cute!
