Remember when you were a little kid and running around your backyard and having fun counted as exercise? Those were the days. The team at The FUNctional Project understand that not everybody is motivated by an end result—no matter how buff it might be. Instead they're striving to make your workout fun again by offering experience-based training that takes the “should” out of exercise.
This truly unique functional fitness studio takes a creative approach to health and wellness, mixing silliness and science to offer a big range of off-beat training options, from small group classes to private training with one of their Master Functional Trainers. All classes last 45 minutes to an hour and are capped at 12 people, so you won’t get lost in the crowd. With so many to choose from—including HIIT, Animal Flow, circuit training and core training— you’ll never get bored of getting your sweat on. There’s even Moga (that’s meditation and slow flow yoga) and Friday Play, which incorporates pool noodles, balloons, ropes and sleds to get you laughing while you work out. All we need now is 3pm Nap Classes...
