The Meat and Wine Co. won us over with their saucy, delicious ribs and extensive steak range. After their success in Southbank and Hawthorn East, we have no doubt their new South Yarra venue will enjoy much of the same success. Opening up in the Como Centre, it’s become home to their re-envisioned bar and private dining spaces.
Focusing on the paddock to plate philosophy, The Meat and Wine Co. aims to bring you the best produce, and match it with some of Australia’s most unique wines. Will you pick the Mernda Valley Mushroom sauce, or the Crumbled King Island Blue Cheese sauce to go with your steak?
But just because their specialty is meat, that doesn’t mean they don’t know a thing or two about dessert. From chocolate and hazelnut fondant to raspberry semifreddo, these sweet treats will make the perfect end to your heavenly feast. Their ‘liquid dessert’ cocktails will help max out your enjoyment too, if you have enough room, that is!
