The Public Bar is a beer and live music venue in Melbourne that's certainly earned its stripes when it comes to late nights and general revelry. The North Melbourne hideout is one of the best pubs in Melbourne for catching local bands while enjoying a pint with mates. The Public Bar's cracking tap beer offering is now accompanied by some top-notch sandwich and sub action too—in-house kitchen Sir Chicory St. Claire's Sanctioned Digestive Parlour serves up delicious food seven days a week, meaning there really is no reason to ever leave.
