The Verdict
The Roving Marrow is the latest addition to Carlton institution The Astor Hotel's reinvention. Taking the shape of a dining room, The Roving Marrow is part new Carlton restaurant, part dining novelty, hidden inside the building's reimagined bar. Food will be simple and delicious, with a focus on tasty dishes selected by diners from 'roving' trolleys. The best bit? There's green tea on arrival and a lengthy cocktail list to work your way through.
