THE VERDICT

Get ready to get your boogie and your bubbles on at this new discotheque themed cocktail bar, hidden in a CBD car park.

Before you say anything, yes, it is hidden and the best clue we can give you is it’s near a striking Danielle Webber mural and you can’t miss it. Or maybe you can.

Put in the hands of Simon Kouba, the brain behind Flour Child—yes that pizza joint in St Kilda—The Valiant features plush seating, a sleek marble bar, and an exclusive cocktail menu.

Signature drinks include Mona’s Secret and The Gatsby, and if you don’t get it already, this place is bougie. You can also enjoy burrata doc with tomato cinnamon sugo, focaccia, and balsamic glaze or a spicy mortadella panino by the shimmering (100, please count them, we didn’t fact check this) disco balls.

There’s free bubbles for ladies on Thursdays and a variety of Bottomless Brunch options that flow until 7:30pm on Saturdays, we can still call that brunch right?
