Customers dine at communal tables or windowside benches, surrounded by band posters and peeling paint walls. The menu caters for any kind of leaf eater, with pizzas, wraps, salads, curries . . . you name it; however Vegie Bar is just as popular with the carivores. There's also a long list of daily specials and a variety of vegan, lactose- and gluten-free options. To top it all off, the critically acclaimed chocolate beetroot cake will make sure you will return again and again and again. Vegie Bar is usually heaving and they don't take bookings, so make sure you come early to grab a seat if there's a few of you.
