Terms and Conditions 

1. Prize Inclusions

The winner will receive the following prize package for two (2) people:

•  Return economy flights from any major Australian airport to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali

   Includes 20kg checked baggage per person (or as per the selected airline’s policy)

•  Four (4) nights accommodation at ArcHouse Villas, Canggu, in a two-storey private villa

  with pool (valued at over AUD $2200)

•  Return airport transfers to and from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport

• Daily access for two (2) people to Mello Spa Canggu, including up to 2 hours of treatment time per day (valued at over AUD $1600). FACE+ treatments are not included in the prize package.

• Optional visit(s) to Mello Spa Seminyak, in replacement of Canggu visits, with complimentary return transport provided from ArcHouse Villas via Mello car or scooter (subject to availability)

2. Redemption Period

• Prize is valid for travel between 1 March 2026 and 20 December 2026, excluding blackout dates listed below

• All prize components must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

•  No extensions or date changes are permitted outside the redemption window

3. Blackout Periods

The prize is not valid for travel during the following blackout dates:

• 8–21 March 2026 (Nyepi & Eid al-Fitr)

• 1 June – 31 August 2026 (High Season)

• 23 – 31 December 2026 (Peak Season)

4. Flight Details And Conditions

• Flights will be provided in economy class, including 20kg checked baggage per person (or according to airline policy)

• Mello Spa will select the airline for the winners and coordinate flight timings in consultation with the winners to ensure mutual availability

• No compensation will be offered for forfeited treatments or villa nights due to flight selection

• Mello Spa is not responsible for any changes or cancellations to flights caused by weather, airline policy, or other disruptions

5. General Conditions

• Prize does not include meals, daily in-Bali transport (outside of Mello Spa transfers), insurance, visas, or personal expenses

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the winner

• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash

• In the case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Mello Spa and ArcHouse Villas reserve the right to substitute prize components with experiences of equal value
