Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Urban List Pty Ltd as trustee for The Urban List Trust (ABN 56 349 266 482) of 2/93 Commercial Road, Newstead QLD, 4006 (“Promoter”).

2. Instructions and acceptance

Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

a. are aged 18 years or over;
b. are residents of New Zealand; and
c. comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, contractors, officers and agents of the Promoter, any prize supplier, and any related bodies corporate associated with the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, whether by blood, marriage, adoption or guardianship, and any person living in the same household.

4. Promotional Period

The promotion opens at 10:00AM NZST on Wednesday 12th August 2026 and closes at 11:59PM NZST on Tuesday 25th August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will be invalid.

5. Where the Promotion is offered

This Promotion is offered only in New Zealand.

6. How to enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

a. have a public Instagram account;
b. access the Promoter’s Instagram post located at @urbanlistnz, and
c. complete the entry mechanic stated in the post, namely: comment on the post and make sure you follow @vocoQueenstown @mozzarellaandco_qnt and @urbanlistnz

Each comment that satisfies the entry requirements will constitute one entry.

A tagged person must be an actual individual and the entrant must have that person’s consent to tag them.

There is no cost to enter, aside from any ordinary costs associated with accessing Instagram.

7. Instagram disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, each entrant:
a. releases Instagram from any and all liability arising in connection with the Promotion; and
b. acknowledges that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

8. Nature of Promotion

This Promotion is a game of chance.

Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw.

9. Draw details

The draw will take place at 54 Wellington Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 on Wednesday 19th August 2026 at 1:00PM NZST.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

10. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and/or comment reply within 2 business days of the draw.

The winner must respond to the Promoter with the details requested by the Promoter within 14 days of notification.

11. Unclaimed prize draw

If a winner does not respond and claim the prize within the time required by clause 10, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw will take place at 54 Wellington Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 on Wednesday 2nd September at 1:00PM NZST.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

13. Prize

The total prize pool value is up to NZD $2,420

The winner will receive:

• Two-night stay in a One-Bedroom Mountain View Suite valued at $1,400NZD

• Breakfast for two at Mozzarella & Co valued at $180NZD

• One-day ski pass, ski hire, and transport (Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, or Mt Hutt) valued at $640NZD

• $200 F&B voucher for Mozzarella & Co. Our on-site Mediterranean restaurant valued at $200NZD

Prize values are based on the recommended retail value at the time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value after that date.

14. Prize conditions

The following conditions apply except to the extent expressly stated otherwise:

a. the prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
b. black out dates apply: 06/09/2026 – 15/09/2026, 09/11/2026 – 16/11/2026, 20/12/2026 – 06/01/2027, 31/01/2027 – 10/02/2027                           

c. ski pass component subject to NZSki's own terms and blackout dates.

if any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize or component of equal or greater value;
d. any costs associated with redeeming or using the prize that are not expressly stated to be included are the responsibility of the winner;
e. if the prize must be redeemed on specified dates, by a specified deadline, or at a specified venue or location, and the winner is unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable unless the Promoter determines otherwise in its absolute discretion;
f. all prize redemptions are subject to the terms and conditions of any third party prize supplier.
g. If the prize includes alcohol, the winner and any companion must be of legal drinking age in New Zealand. The Promoter encourages responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

h. travel and accommodation are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.

15. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age and place of residence.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

a. submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading or otherwise invalid;
b. tampers with the entry process;
c. uses automated entry methods, bots or scripts;
d. acts in a disruptive, abusive, deceptive or unlawful manner; or
e. breaches these Terms and Conditions.

16. If the Promotion cannot run as planned

If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud or force majeure event, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

17. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity connected with the Promotion, including the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, suburb and/or region of residence in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

18. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, contact winners, arrange prize fulfilment and otherwise administer the Promotion.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties involved in administering the Promotion, including prize suppliers and service providers.

Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert privacy policy URL].

Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Promotion or any prize.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
