Bang Bang China Cafe is a hidden treasure found within rooftop bar and eatery Saint Alice. Tucked away off to the side, the space features sprawling murals, a fully-stocked bar and even a karaoke machine if you dare. A bang in every bite, our top picks are the prawn and spinach dumpling, house-made Char-siu BBQ pork and chicken bun. Getting dumped has never been so delicious.
