Dave Pynt Is Heading Home As Pair’d Margaret River Returns With A Star-Studded 2026 Line-Up
Singapore food lovers might want to start planning a trip to Western Australia this November, because one of the region's biggest food and wine festivals is bringing back a familiar face. Pair'd Margaret River Region has just unveiled its 2026 program, with Singapore's own Dave Pynt set to return home for one of the festival's most anticipated events. Running from 19 to 22 November, the four-day festival will once again transform beaches, vineyards, forests and caves across Margaret River into the backdrop for more than 40 food, wine and music experiences.
Western Australian-born Pynt, best known to Singapore diners as the chef-owner behind Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, will headline the hugely popular Burnt Ends & Friends at Wills Domain. After selling out in minutes last year, the event returns with an all-star cast that includes legendary American pitmaster and Netflix favourite Rodney Scott, Hong Kong's Matt Abergel of Yardbird, Larissa Goncalves of Si Paradiso and Ben Cross of Mason Bali. Pynt will also take the reins in The History Makers, an ultra-exclusive 24-seat dinner featuring rare Leeuwin Estate museum wines that have never been tasted publicly before.

Beyond the live-fire feasts, Pair'd is doubling down on its immersive format, with experiences ranging from cave concerts and forest dining to beachfront wine sessions. Returning favourites include Nature's Table, Ngilgi Reverie, The Grand Tasting and Pair'd Beach Club, where guests can sip Margaret River wines by the Indian Ocean while catching Austrian electronic duo Kruder & Dorfmeister's only Australian performance in more than a decade.
Tickets go on sale from 1 July, and with many events selling out within 20 minutes last year, you'll want to move fast if you're keen to see one of Singapore's favourite chefs cooking on home soil.
