Clear your Saturday: Garden Vibes is making its return to Little Farms Serangoon Gardens on 23 May 2026, taking over the space from 9am to 6pm with a full day of food, workshops, and community-driven programming. Now in its third edition and held in partnership with myVillage, this year’s theme, Flourish, dives into the idea that what we eat doesn’t just fuel us, it shapes how we feel, function, and show up day to day. The format is intentionally laid-back: free entry, dog-friendly, and designed as an open day where you can dip in and out as you please.

The entire event is structured around four zones (Glow, Strength, Gut, and Joy) giving a practical framework to how we think about food in real life. You’ll move from nutrient-dense produce and healthy fats to protein-heavy staples, gut-friendly ferments, and, of course, the fun stuff. It’s less about strict wellness rules and more about balance, with each zone reflecting the way we actually eat across a day (or a weekend).

A major highlight for 2026 is the expanded line-up of interactive workshops, which run throughout the day and are designed to be equal parts informative and doable. Expect hands-on sessions like Build Your Own Gut-Loving Bowl with COYO, plus “Eat Like a Detective”, a deep dive into decoding labels, hidden sugars, and ultra-processed ingredients—complete with kid-friendly activities. There’s also a guided olive oil tasting with Beit Ballout, cheese appreciation sessions with Kris Lloyd, and wine and cheese pairings for those leaning more joy than gut health.

On the more functional end, nutritionist Karmen Tang leads the Good For You Cooking Club, combining a short talk with simple, no-cook recipes aimed at supporting a calmer, more balanced lifestyle. This sits alongside a live demo from Little Farms’ Group Executive Chef Rizan, who’ll be sharing quick, high-protein meals designed for everyday routines. Workshops are ticketed (from $12) and bookable online, with a rolling schedule that makes it easy to slot one (or a few) into your day.

At the centre of it all is the all-day farmers’ market, where Little Farms brings together its network of trusted producers in one place. Think grass-fed Angus beef from Green Meadows, sourdough from Starter Lab, bean-to-bar chocolate from Fossa, and a line-up of natural wines, kombuchas, and functional drinks. It’s a rare chance to meet the makers, ask questions, and actually understand where your food comes from. Add in family-friendly extras like face painting, tote decorating, and balloon sculpting, and you’ve got a wholesome, easy day out that manages to feel both low-key and genuinely useful.
