The Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema Is Returning To Sentosa

Singapore’s most picturesque cinema experience is officially back on the calendar. Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema will return to Tanjong Beach, Sentosa from 30 April to 10 May 2026, once again turning the shoreline into an open-air cinema just in time for golden hour. Running for just under two weeks each year, the event has become a seasonal marker for those who like their movie nights with sand underfoot and a drink in hand.

Now in its eighth year, the annual beachside cinema has built a reputation well beyond Singapore. While the formula remains familiar—deck-chair seating, sunset cocktails, live DJs and wireless headphones—the draw is as much about the setting as the screen. Gates open from 5.30pm, giving you time to arrive early, settle in and watch the beach shift from late afternoon to dusk before films begin.

The 2026 programme leans into award-winning international cinema and modern favourites, with titles including Song Sung Blue, Sentimental Value, No Other Choice, If I Had Legs I’d Kick You and Into the Wild. Screenings begin at 7.45pm, when the beach transitions into a silent cinema under the stars, a moment that has become a signature part of the experience for returning guests.

Tickets are priced from $48 (early bird from $43) and include deck-chair seating, wireless headphones, a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail and a complimentary shuttle back to HarbourFront MRT.
