Toby’s Estate’s Coffee Omakase Is Coming To Singapore For One Caffeinated Weekend Only
Toby’s Estate, Robertson Quay
Image credit: Toby’s Estate | Supplied
Clear your weekend plans and prepare your palate: Toby’s Estate is bringing its cult-favourite Coffee Omakase to Singapore for the very first time, and it’s set to be one of the most buzzworthy (literally) coffee experiences of the year. Happening on 19 and 20 July 2025, this one-weekend-only event is a 45-minute guided tasting session where coffee becomes art, storytelling, and high science all at once.
First launched at the brand’s Melbourne flagship, the Coffee Omakase made serious waves among coffee obsessives for its deep-dive format and premium, small-lot brews. Now, it’s finally landing at Toby’s Estate Singapore, and the sessions will be hosted by none other than Dan Bottesini, Queensland Brewers Cup Champion and the kind of guy who could talk terroir and filter techniques all day (and make you wish he would).
On the menu? Think dual-format sips like the Barista’s Breakfast ($22), which takes a single origin bean and serves it two ways—espresso and milk—to spotlight its versatility. Or go cold with the Freezer Duo ($35), a chilled tasting flight of two naturally processed coffees that’ll change the way you think about ice and extraction. Each experience is designed to showcase different textures, temperatures, and flavour arcs, whether you’re a flat white loyalist or someone who grinds beans at home with a refractometer.
Sessions run between 8am and 3pm, and with limited seats at the Robertson Quay flagship’s intimate bar counter, you’ll want to snag a spot stat. For the coffee-curious and caffeine connoisseurs alike, this one’s less ‘brunch with beans’ and more ‘Michelin for your mug’.
Tickets are available now via Humanitix (19 July) and Humanitix (20 July), with all prices subject to service charge and GST.

Still hungry for more? Swing by Peranakan Reimagined at Sensoryscape, running till 31 August, where traditional culture meets sensory overload. We’re talking sunrise rave runs, intimate workshops on fertility and menopause, live DJ sets, breathwork sessions, a freaking 60km overnight ultra marathon, and a whole damn club (Every Body Club) dedicated to whole-person wellbeing. Get ready, Singapore, the beasts are back! Monster Jam is roaring into the National Stadium on 23 August 2025, and if you’ve never seen a 12,000-pound truck do a mid-air flip, this is your sign. Expect dirt-flying, engine-roaring, edge-of-your-seat action as world-class drivers take on insane obstacle courses, hit jaw-dropping jumps, and race like their lives depend on it. It’s motorsport, but make it wild.
Even if you don’t know your Grave Digger from your Megalodon, Monster Jam is an absolute blast, especially for families looking for a high-energy day out. These monster machines aren’t just about a show of brute force, as they’ve got serious agility and precision, and the skill on display is next-level. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or a curious first-timer, it’s one of those events that’ll leave your children (and your) jaw on the floor and your phone full of blurry, action-packed videos.
Tickets? Almost completely snapped up: pre-sales and general sales flew, and what’s left is going fast.
