Singapore is giving the global dining scene another reason to pay attention, with three local restaurants earning places on The 50 Best Restaurants 2026 extended ranking. Revealed on 21 October, the list covers restaurants ranked from No. 51 to No. 100, ahead of the main awards ceremony in Lima, Peru, on 4 November.

Leading the local line-up is Seroja, which makes its debut at No. 64. The intimate restaurant at Duo Galleria is the work of chef Kevin Wong, whose menus celebrate the flavours and culinary heritage of the Malay Archipelago. Expect a thoughtful take on regional ingredients and traditions, with dishes that give familiar Malay classics a contemporary spin.

Also flying the Singapore flag is Burnt Ends, which climbs four places from No. 93 in 2025 to No. 89 this year. The modern Australian barbecue restaurant is known for its wood-fired cooking, open-kitchen atmosphere and serious commitment to fire-led flavours. It remains a standout name for anyone who likes their fine dining with a little less formality and plenty of theatre.

Rounding out the local contingent is Labyrinth, ranked No. 98. Chef LG Han’s restaurant has built its reputation on reimagining Singaporean cuisine through modern techniques, drawing inspiration from local dishes, ingredients and food culture. Its place on this year’s extended list is another nod to Singapore’s ability to put its own stamp on the global fine-dining conversation.

Singapore is among five Asian cities represented by new entries on the extended list, alongside Shanghai’s Ling Long at No. 53, Seoul’s Eatanic Garden at No. 72, Bangkok’s Baan Tepa at No. 90 and Beijing’s Lamdre at No. 92. The ranking spans 36 cities across six continents and is compiled from votes by more than 1,100 restaurant experts.
