Inside Singapore’s First Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Café
After years of inspiring bucket-list dining experiences around the world, Tiffany & Co.'s iconic Blue Box Café has finally arrived in Singapore. Located on the third floor of the luxury jeweller's ION Orchard flagship, the elegant new space (which is set to open on 15 July) marks the brand's first official cafe in the city, bringing a taste of Breakfast at Tiffany's to Orchard Road.
At the helm of the menu is acclaimed chef Julien Royer, the force behind three Michelin-starred Odette and Claudine. His menu blends classic French cooking with subtle American influences and familiar Singaporean flavours across breakfast, afternoon tea and all-day dining, creating dishes that feel refined without being overly formal.

Naturally, Breakfast at Tiffany's is the headline act. Served on an elegant two-tier silver stand, the signature breakfast features seasonal fruit, house-made granola, buttery viennoiseries, smoked trout and Royer's elevated soft-boiled Japanese eggs topped with Oscietra caviar. If you're stopping by later in the day, afternoon tea comes complete with potato millefeuille topped with caviar, wagyu cecina rolls, pandan chouquettes and calamansi tartelettes served on Tiffany's signature three-tier stand.
The all-day menu is equally worth making a reservation for. Highlights include Royer's take on Singapore chicken rice with confit yellow chicken and claypot-style Niigata rice, plus an exclusive Tiffany & Co. burger made with a proprietary Wagyu and Angus beef blend. Finish with desserts like the decadent "SniX" or the ethereal "Tiffany Island", a playful twist on the classic French floating island.
Reservations for the Blue Box Café are now open, and if the global popularity of Tiffany's dining concept is anything to go by, you'll want to secure a table well in advance.
