Nourishing your body inside and out is vital for a long, healthy and happy life. From balancing your chakras and restoring your energy to calming your mind and cleansing your soul, wellness—as it’s now referred to across the world—has risen in popularity everywhere over the past few years, and Singapore is no different.

This year, Wellness Festival Singapore—a celebration of all things wellness—is back with an incredible lineup of offerings including meditation workshops, fitness classes, lifestyle experiences and loads more.

Anchored by three core pillars—Fitness, Emotional & Mental Wellness, and Lifestyle—the three-week-long festival aims to restore, energise and inspire by boosting your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Whether you’re an active adventurer, a serenity seeker, a lifestyle chaser or a wellness rookie, from 17 June to 9 July, you can tap into over 180 varying wellness programmes to level up your holistic wellbeing. Across the Lion City, you can spin the night away at a night rhythm cycling class at Jewel Changi Airport, craft your very own signature scent in a perfume class, unlock your subconscious mind through ASMR and sound bathing, feel the burn deep within your core at a cardio Barre class, and express yourself through floral arrangement workshops—heck, you can even channel your inner yogi and roll out your yoga mat among animals at River Wonders, a river-themed wildlife park. No matter your wellness style, there is undoubtedly something for everyone.

The festival offers a diverse and creative mix of experiences—both free and ticketed—across the entire country. Be sure to check it out during your stay and discover Singapore like you never have before.
