A Tropical Tequila Pop-Up Is Hitting Bondi This Summer, Here’s What You Need To Know

When it comes to blissful, carefree summer vibes, North Bondi Fish has it in spades, but this summer—in the ultimate tropical team-up—Patrón and Double Rainbouu have taken over the space to transport you to an idyllic seaside vacation with a lush pop-up.

Exploding with summer colours, the fashion-meets-food pop-up will serve up a fresh-as mix of exclusive tequila cocktails, merch, beats and tropical vibes with the Paloma cocktail as the star. A zesty mix of Patrón Silver, grapefruit soda, fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt and a slice of grapefruit to finish, the Paloma is set to be this year’s summer bevvy—and we’re so on board.

Cult local fave Double Rainbouu will be designing a slew of merch up for grabs, including beach towels, tees and totes—plus, they’ll be whipping up some local street art with hidden QR codes to give you the chance to scan and score either a dinner for two or rounds of Palomas for you and your crew.

We don’t know about you but for us, when the sun’s out and you’re with your mates soaking up all the vibes without a care in the world, nothing can really top it—it’s a yes from us.
