If you’ve been to the open-air rooftop tropicana known as Untied, you’ll know all about its stellar cocktail line-up. Now, for a sweet second year, this sky-high terrace is bringing back its famed self-service Frozé Bar, which is basically a glorified boozy slushie affair.
The self-service machine means you’ll get to pour yourself a whole new range of fruity flavours including raspberry white peach frosé, grapefruit rosemary, tropical island frosé, blue hibiscus frosé, mango lime frosé, sour green apple frosé and the OG “Fraperol”—then garnish them, at the aptly named "Garnish Wall" with gummy bears, rainbow straps, berries, and sour worms.
Untied has also dropped a brand new summer menu too, which features the likes of vegan oyster mushroom ceviche, buttermilk popcorn chicken, prawn salad, and green curry mussels.
If you’re keen to get stuck into the Frozé Bar, you should also know the Untied team throws two-hour bottomless sessions every damn day of the week for $39 per person. Outside of this, you can grab a single drink for $12 a pop if you're just around for post-work drinks.
