Untied Rooftop Bar

A part of the impressive lineup at Barangaroo, Untied Rooftop is one of the best rooftop bars in Sydney. It's a perfect spot to sip fun cocktails, enjoy a bottomless brunch on the weekend with mates, or catch a spectacular Sydney sunset.

On the menu are fun and friendly share and snack plates like crispy black bean empanadas, polenta fries, grilled pig toasties, tuna tartare, and popcorn chicken. Larger plates look like burgers with fries and laksa-style mussels served with roti for dipping. 

To drink, work your way through pretty in pink signatures like the "Flamin Galah" with triple sec, gin, grapefruit juice, and watermelon, or the neon-bright and bubblegum-flavoured concoction, "Getting LIT at Untied". During Vivid Sydney, Untied is known for its light-up cocktail "ballons". 

There's always something fun on at Untied too: there's a cracking $10 happy hour from 4pm-6pm on weekdays, live music for brunch on Saturdays, and two-for-one cocktails on Sundays.

Keep an eye out for bottomless specials too, like Neon Dreams for winter 2024, which includes two hours of bottomless frose, boozy acai soft serve, a lolly wall to DIY decorate your drinks, truffle fries, and so much more.
