The Moonlight Cinema in Sydney in Centennial Park.

Had enough of drive-ins yet? Yeah us too—which is why we're stoked to hear that Moonlight Cinema is heading back to town this year, cranking up their projectors for a summer of movies under the stars.

Heading back to leafy Centennial Park at the end of this month, you can bet the outdoor cinema will be serving up some absolute cracker blockbusters and short films, though the official program is yet to do drop.

As usual, you'll be able to unroll a picnic blanket and throw down a few pillows to relax on with your mates, or go VIP and opt for one of the plush bean bags. If you can't be bothered packing your own picnic to bring along, there'll be onsite food trucks dishing up tasty eats and a licensed bar for cheeky drinks.

Of course, there'll be a few differences this year—like social distancing measures, extra hygiene facilities, and a doubling down on cleaning practices—but you can be sure the Moonlight Cinema team will make sure the experience is as safe as can be.

The full movie program and tickets will be available from Thursday 12 November. Check here
