When Does ECQ Outlet Open?
ECQ Outlet officially opens Wednesday 25 March, kicking things off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30am, before the doors open to shoppers at 10am.
The launch will mark the start of four days of celebrations, with a full lineup of community events, competitions and brand activations taking over the precinct.
Shoppers can expect live DJs, giveaways, an interactive photo booth and even a basketball court activation where successful free throws unlock prizes.
The new centre sits inside the broader Eastern Creek Quarter precinct, located at the intersection of the Great Western Highway and M7 Motorway, making it easily accessible for visitors across Greater Western Sydney.
Which Brands Will Be At ECQ Outlet?
The outlet centre will house 100 brands, spanning fashion, sportswear, accessories, beauty and homewares.
A major highlight is Australia’s largest ASICS outlet store, making the centre a key destination for runners, gym-goers and athleisure fans.

- Adidas
- Puma
- HOKA
- New Balance
- Fila
- Calvin Klein
- Tommy Hilfiger
- Levi’s

In a first for retail in NSW, the outlet will follow a specific definition of “outlet retail”, meaning at least 70% of products must be sold at a discount from their regular retail price or manufactured specifically for outlet stores.
Dining And Entertainment At ECQ Outlet
Beyond shopping, the precinct is designed as a full-day destination.
ECQ Outlet will add 18 new dining venues to the centre, spanning six different cuisines and centred around an outdoor dining precinct.
Some of the food spots opening include:
- Iggy’s Frozen Bar
- Kerbside Eatery
- Café Capri
- Flappy’s Fried Chicken
For families, the centre will also feature iPlay, a dedicated kids’ entertainment area designed for play and exploration.
The main retail promenade has also been designed with an unusually wide walkway—comparable to Pitt Street Mall—creating a more spacious, pedestrian-friendly shopping environment.
Opening Week Events And Celebrations
The launch week will feature a series of events designed to turn the opening into a community celebration.
According to Frasers Property Australia’s General Manager of Retail Investments, Felicity Armstrong, the goal is to create more than just a shopping centre.
The opening also expands Eastern Creek Quarter’s role as a multi-experience precinct combining outlet retail with everyday shopping, dining and entertainment.
For Western Sydney shoppers, it means outlet-style deals—and a full day out—without the drive across the city.
