The verdict
Operating as a pop-up food truck in Sydney and featuring at regular festivals including the recent Smooth Festival of Chocolate in the Rocks, Bao Stop has the humble bao perfected. The plump, soft bun, and incredible range of fillings including juicy pork belly and crispy skinned Peking duck, easily make Bao Stop our first stop (see what we did there?)
