Dinner by Peter Gilmore at one of Sydney's best restaurants? Yes. Please.

Bennelong is a scenic Sydney restaurant experience you'll never forget, whether you're going for the modern Australian menu, or the simpler, more casual Cured & Cultured menu. The focus for both is on the quality of the Australian produce, but with that special touch (in case we weren't clear enough - you are literally eating inside the Sydney Opera House!). 

The cathedral-esque interior is perfect for worshipping some of Australia's best food, like the beautiful Opera House pavlova, or Gilmore's take on the good old lamington. 

This is now the place to go for a hot new take on a comfort food favourite, the roast chicken. The holmlbrae chicken is their newest menu offering, paired with cauliflower sauté in salted butter, chestnut chips, sugar snaps, crisp Jerusalem artichokes and sheep's milk feta, its perfect for two so bring a date (or your mate), and feast alongside their famous harbour views. 

If you're feeling reeeeally fancy book a table for two or four at The Kitchen where you'll get the best views in the (Opera) house while watching all the action in the kitchen. Guests will indulge in a special eight-course dinner with matching wines and a glass of champagne on arrival. A table for four will set you back a minimum $2,200 including service or you can book a table for two for $550 per person.

On 21 July, Bennelong is getting in on the National Lamington Day action by slinging their famous cherry jam lamington, with all proceeds going to R U OK. The lamington drive will be happening at The Restaurant, at Cured and Cultured, and for one night only at Bennelong Bar to boot. The drive will kick off from 5.30pm on Thursday 21 June and guys, you know what to do.
