Buckle Cafe & Distillery is a dynamic all-day venue in a heritage-listed glass atrium in Artarmon.
The menu offers breakfast favourites like corn fritters with smoky capsicum relish, avocado and rocket, and an eggs benedict croissant with smoked ham, fresh rocket and rich hollandaise sauce.
After breakfast time, the menu packs pizzas, pastas and healthy falafel bowls, plus pub-style classics like fish and chips and burgers, all available through to 8.30pm nightly.
Central to Buckle is “Phoebe”, a gleaming 150-litre copper pit still that distils gin, vodka and whisky, which are spun into signature cocktails, with highlights including the Buckle Martini, a refined mix of their in-house gin, vodka and dry vermouth, and the Buckle Sabout mixing gin with orange liqueur, sugar, sparkling wine and a silky egg white finish.
They also have happy hour with house-made gin and vodka mixers, pints, and wines from $10 from 5pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
