We welcome with open arms Sydney’s newest and largest health and beauty spa which boasts state of the art facilities and some serious rejuvenation feels. As soon as you step into the clinic and bask in the heavenly essential oil aromas we guarantee you’re going to feel super relaxed. As in, you’re going to nap for several hours type relaxed.
 
Yes, you’re going to be plunged into some below freezing temperatures (-170 degrees to be precise)but don’t let that deter you from entering the cryo booth, after all, it has a load of health benefits. It assists in flushing those nasty booze-induced toxins, boosts the metabolism, skyrockets your endorphins and promotes a healthier sleeping pattern. Yep, and that’s just to name a few of the good stuff. 
 
Cryospa also offers the OG’s like spray tanning and brow shaping. You can also get around the calming Himalayan Salt Room (can confirm it’s all sorts of amazing) or the Infra-Red Sauna. Should you feel like nailing your skin-game, frotox is actually a thing you can jump on. It’s not quite botox because it’s non-invasive but it’ll definitely boost your collagen production and push out any toxins.
