A hidden cocktail bar in Chippendale, Dry Martini celebrates the martini in a setting inspired by the roaring ‘20s and ‘30s.
This moody Sydney bar in the Kensington Street precinct by the Gin Lane team transports you to a space where Old Hollywood meets contemporary cool.
Dry Martini’s cocktail menu covers classic takes like dirty martinis, Gibsons and 50/50 martinis, a menu of five espresso martinis, plus adventurous creations integrating fresh fruit like raspberry and violet, or dragonfruit and cherry.
Sharing options include 200mL martinis for two, or martini trees laden with four or six martinis. A selection of classic cocktails and wine is also available.
The food menu flatters the drinking experience, with truffle and jamon jaffles, oysters with dirty martini granita, and a Wagyu cheeseburger with martini mayo.
Dry Martini has even covered cost-of-living woes with $10 mini martinis and $15 cocktails during Happy Hour running 5.30pm-7pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 5.30pm -6.30pm on Friday and Saturday.
