Elliott’s is a modern all-day bistro and live music joint from the crew behind beloved Sydney restaurants Esteban and tqm.

The 225-seat Balmain restaurant occupies a historic corner building, featuring a ground-level bar and courtyard with a retractable roof imported from Italy for all-weather dining.

The upstairs dining room is bathed in burgundy tones, mid-century accents and vintage textiles, complete with a wrap-around outdoor balcony and a private dining room.

The kitchen has just been handed over to ex-Oncore, Aria and Barangaroo House veteren, Brad Crowle, keeping the venue's modern Australian menu intact while leaning on fresh, hyper-seasonal produce, and flame-led cooking. Standouts include the flame-cooked Murray cod, blue swimmer crab tartlets and premium Australian steaks.

Drinks span innovative signature cocktails like the Tequila Mockingbird, mixing Patrón Silver, St Germain, chilli syrup and lemon, plus a lengthy wine list of Australian, South American and European producers.

Elliott’s live entertainment program boasts vinyl DJs every Friday to Sunday, plus genre-spanning live acts every Saturday, starting in September.

Elliott's is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday 27 August, 2025, with plans to expand its menu to brunch on weekends from October.
