Tucked into the back streets of Surry Hills, Firedoor is the latest restaurant from renowned chef Lennox Hastie. Firedoor serves seasonally driven food, which has been cooked over wood coals, with different woods chosen to enhance the produce. The menu changes daily, and showcase premium Australian ingredients, cooked to order. Wines have also been selected for their smoky notes, while the cocktail list features concoctions such as Pistachio Negroni (Bulldog Gin, Campari, pistachio Cinzano) and Coffeetree (Glen Grant Major Reserve Malt, coconut cold drip, bitters).
