GetSashimi Coogee is an upsized outpost of the original Bondi location, which was Sydney’s first sashimi bar.
The Coogee restaurant and seafood bar is spread over two levels, with an upstairs restaurant space for up to 50 dine-in guests, and downstairs with a grab-and-go sashimi and sushi bar. Over 70 varieties of sushi, mostly nigiri, and 20 kinds of sliced sashimi are available daily.
Everything’s prepared in house by highly skilled itamae sushi chefs, using fish selected by GetSashimi's parent company, Sydney Fish Market seafood delivery service GetFish.
