Hunters Hill Wine Room

From Master Sommelier Adrian Filuta, Hunters Hills Wine Room is a boutique bottleshop with a curated collection of over 1,000 drinks to try. 

Filuta is one of only six Master Sommeliers in Australia—and one of only a few hundred across the globe. His wine shop project comes after more than a decade as the Group Sommelier for Merivale—overseeing wine lists at the likes of Mr Wong, Totti's, and Fred's.

At Hunter's Hill Wine Room, expect to see wines at friendly prices as well as rare and collectable bottles, alongside weekly tastings and meet-the-winemaker events.

You'll also see a selection of craft spirits and beers, batched cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
