Neptune’s Grotto
The trio behind Clam Bar, Pellegrino 2000, and Bistrot 916 has something new in the works for Sydney.
Neptune's Grotto will be Andy Tyson, Dan Pepperell, and Mikey Clift's fourth Sydney venue, tucked beneath Clam Bar's Art Deco dining room on Bridge and Young Streets, with a secreted entrance on Loftus Lane.
At Neptune's Grotto, the superstar group is set to lean into Northern Italian with the restaurant being all about handmade pastas, slow-cooked sauces, and regional specialities like tortellini alla panna. All of this, of course, is done with the same smooth originality and imagination the team is known for.
Neptune's Grotto will open in May 2024. Stay tuned for more.
