Ouzo

Ouzo is a Mediterranean bar and restaurant in Darlinghurst merging the flavours of Greece, Spain, France and Italy in a relaxed, vibrant setting.

The eggplant labneh is a house favourite, featuring burnt eggplant, sumac, and harissa oil in a flawless balance of smoky and tangy. 

When it comes to mains think bold, smoky dishes cooked over a charcoal grill. The ever-popular, slow-cooked lamb shoulder paired with dill, Greek yogurt, and lemon sits alongside coral trout served with beurre blanc, celeriac sauce, and rocket oil.
