Some may argue that adulting is managing to make it through an entire day without a disco nap, but not the guys over at The Indigo Project. They believe that real adulting is managing to fit a nap in, while still achieving all you need to in the day. So what is a naptime class, we hear you ask? Well, you’ll start off with a calming meditation, before nodding off for 20-30 minutes, because apparently that is the optimal time to nod off in the middle of the day.
It’s not all about napping at The Indigo Project though, but is also very much about yoga and chill, mindfulness meditation classes and more in-depth ‘4-week get your shit together course’. Being an adult is hard you guys, but it’s always nice to know you’ve got these guys in your corner.
And because these legends want you to de-stress yo'self in the most stressful time of year, they're hosting free (yep, free) nap time classes in December.
