Vin-Cenzo’s

Taking over Bar Vincent in April 2025, The Goodies Group (behind Bar Copains, Bessie's and Alma's), aka Sali Sasi, Nathan Sasi and Morgan Mcglone, have transformed the beloved Darlinghurst corner bistro into Vin-Cenzo's. 

Cosy Italian dishes, handmade pasta and incredible vino look like they'll remain at the forefront of the menu, perfectly suited to quick catch-ups over drinks and memorable shared dinners.

As for the look and feel of the place, if it's anything like their other venues, you can expect warm hospitality and a homely neighbourhood vibe.

Vin-Cenzo’s will be welcoming guests from 21 August 2025—consider this your heads-up to book in early.
