TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Urban List x Toyota Plug n Play Venue Collaboration ("Event") organised by [Urban List Pty Ltd] ("Organiser") and Toyota (“Sponsor”) at various venues across Hobart and Adelaide (“Venue”). By participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms: 

Activation Period

Offers are available from Friday 7 August 2026 to Friday 21 August 2026, unless sold out earlier or otherwise extended, changed, or cancelled.

Participating Venues and Offers

Offers are available at participating venues only and vary by venue.

Participating offers include:

  • Queens Pastry, Hobart: Free glazed doughnut with coffee purchase.
  • Westside Laundry, Hobart: Complimentary cheesecake with any sandwich over $25.
  • Gigi’s Diner, Hobart: Half-price Morning Beast.
  • Pinco Deli, Adelaide: Free scroll with sandwich purchase, limited to 15 redemptions per day.
  • Shadow Baking, Adelaide: Free brown butter choc chip cookie with coffee purchase.
  • Sani Bakehouse, Adelaide: Free coffee with a pastry purchase.

Redemption

To redeem an offer, customers must say the codeword “TOYOTA” at the participating venue.

Offers are available until sold out and are subject to venue opening hours, stock availability, daily limits, and operational requirements.

Offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated.

Limited Availability

Each venue has a limited redemption allocation. Once a venue’s allocation, daily limit, or available stock has been exhausted, the offer will no longer be available at that venue.

Urban List, Toyota, and participating venues are not responsible if an offer is unavailable, sold out, or unable to be redeemed.

Changes

Urban List reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend, or cancel the activation, participating venues, offers, redemption process, or these Terms if required.
