TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participation in the Urban List x Voyages (operators of Ayers Rock Resort) Getaway promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Promotion is conducted by Urban List Pty Ltd ACN 142 505 897 as trustee for The Urban List Trust (ABN 56 349 266 482) (“Promoter”)

  3. The prize supplier (“Prize Supplier”) is Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 82 146 482 591).

    Eligibility

  4. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years old and over who enter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Employees (and their immediate family and/or those living in the same household), directors or officers of the Promoter and the Prize Supplier, and its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

    How to Enter

  6. The Promotion period commences at 9:00AM AEST Monday, 16 August 2026, ends at  11:59PM AEST Sunday, 15 November 2026. (“Promotional Period”). 

  7. To enter, individuals must submit the completed typeform on the Promoter’s site at https://www.theurbanlist.com/competitions/win-a-6k-uluru-adventure

  8. There is no cost to enter the Promotion.

  9. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier reserve the right to refuse any entries which contravene these Terms and Conditions, including any entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate, or that the Promoter reasonably believes was generated or materially assisted by artificial intelligence.
    Determining and Notifying the Winner

  10. Selection of the winner will take place at the Sydney office of the Promoter,  20-40 Meagher St, Chippendale NSW 2008 at 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 17 November 2026.

  11. This Promotion is a game of skill. Eligible entries will be judged based on the originality, creativity and relevance of the entrant’s written response. Each entry must be the entrant’s own original work and must not be copied from another source or generated wholly or substantially using generative artificial intelligence. The Promoter reserves the right to request further information where it reasonably believes an entry may not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  12. The Promoter’s determination of the winner in consultation with the Prize Supplier is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  13. The winner will be notified via email, by Wednesday 18 November 2026. The winner must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their prize by replying to the email with details requested. This must be received by the Promoter no later than 23 November 2026.

  14. If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their prize by 23 November 2026, that prize will be forfeited, and another winner selected at 2:00PM AEST on 24 November 2026.

  15. The Promoter and Prize Supplier will have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

  16. At the conclusion of the Promotion, the Promoter will supply to the Prize Supplier the contact details of the winner to enable the Prize Supplier to contact the winner and effect fulfillment of the Prize(s).

  17. The Prize Supplier must contact the winner(s) (including via email where applicable) within 5 business days of receiving their contact details from the Promoter in order to organise supply of the Prize(s).

    The Prize

  18. There is only 1x winner with 1x major prize (“Prize”). The winner of the Prize will receive:

    - Return economy flights for 2 adults to Ayers Rock Airport from Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE) or Cairns (CNS) airport, valued at up to $1600 AUD

    - 4 (four) x nights accommodation at Sails in the Desert in a Superior Room (twin share), valued at up to $3000 AUD

    - Ayers Rock Airport coach transfer to/from Sails in the Desert for 2 (two) x adults, Complimentary for all hotel guests 

    - Daily breakfast for 2 adults at Ilkari (excludes barista-made coffee/specialised tea), valued at up to $416 AUD

    - 2 (two) x adult Field of Light Star Passes, valued at up to $274 AUD

    - Wintjiri Wiru Twilight Tour for 2 (two) adults, valued at up to $420 AUD

    - Desert Awakenings Tour for 2 (two) adults, valued at up to $510 AUD

    - Sunrise Journeys Tour for 2 (two) adults, valued at up to $260 AUD

    - Australian Native High Tea for 2 (two) adults, valued at up to $224 AUD

    Total Prize Value: up to $6,704

    Prize terms and conditions:

  19. All Prize redemptions are also subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Supplier (for example, the accommodation, restaurant, tour operator etc.).
     
  20. Prizes cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can they be sold or otherwise transferred to any person. 
     
  21. The winner is solely responsible for any and all travel expenses that fall outside the $6,704 AUD total prize value. This includes and is not limited to flights & transport to or from SYD, MEL, BNE, OR CNS airports.
     
  22. The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals & beverages (unless specified), tips, incidentals, vaccinations, travel insurance, spending money, activities (unless specified), taxes (including departure tax) and all transfers other than those specified.
     
  23. The winner is solely responsible for determining who to share the Prize with. The winner and travel companion must each be 18 years or over.
     
  24. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at https://www.nhmrc.gov.au/health-advice/alcohol and at DrinkWise at http://drinkwise.org.au
     
  25. Participation in the Prize experience is open to participants 18 years and over, and all fitness levels. However, if a winner has physical limitations or requires a carer, the Promoter and Prize Supplier must be notified, and any carers must accompany the winner. The winner and their travelling companion agree to sign any waiver reasonably required by the Promoter or the Prize Supplier.
     
  26. If the winner (and their travelling companion) is unable to travel or participate in the Prize within 12 months of the date the prize is drawn, they will be considered an invalid entrant and forfeit the Prize in its entirety. There will be no second-chance draw.
     
  27. No aspect of the Prize may be redeemed during the following blackout dates:

    19 September 2026 – 11 October 2026 (inclusive)

    26 March 2027 – 26 April 2027 (inclusive)

    12 June 2027 – 14 June 2027 (inclusive)

    26 June 2027 – 18 July 2027 (inclusive)
     
  28. Bookings for all items of the Prize must be made via email at sales@voyages.com.au, Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 17.00 AEST. All bookings need to be made at least 14 days prior to travel. If modifications are required for accommodation or touring, the winner must notify the Prize Supplier at least 8 days before arrival and modifications are subject to availability.
     
  29. Any accommodation or touring modification made within 7 days or less of arrival will incur extra fees at the winner’s expense. Flights are subject to the relevant airline’s own change and fare conditions, and any flight change may incur additional fees charged by the airline, which are not within the Prize Supplier’s control. The Prize Supplier does not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these costs will be borne by the winner.
     
  30. A government-issued photographic identification will be requested upon check-in at Ayers Rock Resort for ID verification purposes.
     
  31. A credit card authorisation must also be provided upon check-in to cover any incidental charges including (without limitation) telephone charges, mini bar charges, room service charges, security bond or deposit for any breakages, damage or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning incurred during your stay. Ayers Rock Resort does not accept cash as a form of payment.
     
  32. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner and their travelling companion must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize Supplier’s requirements.
     
  33. All aspects of a Prize must be taken together as a package. If for any reason the winner does not (or is unable to) take their Prize or an element of their Prize at the time stipulated by the Prize Supplier, they forfeit their Prize or that element of their Prize and no compensation or substitute will be offered.
     
  34. The Prize Supplier makes every effort to operate the tours as advertised. However, itineraries may need to be changed at short notice due to weather conditions, accessibility issues or other events beyond its control. If the Prize Supplier is unable to provide a tour due to events beyond its control, the Prize Supplier will offer you the choice of rebooking the same tour for another day or an alternative tour that is equivalent to the advertised itinerary of a similar experience.
     
  35. If any element of the Prize is not available for any reason, the Prize Supplier reserves the right to substitute that element with an alternative of equal or greater value. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the Prize Supplier's rights under clause 20.
     
  36. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. Flights must be booked by the Prize Supplier at the same time as accommodation dates are determined. Any alterations to confirmed flight and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner.
     
  37. Flights will be taken on airline/s determined at Prize Supplier’s discretion. The winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time (departing and returning on the same flights as each other). 
     
  38. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the winner and travelling companion also agree to comply with the Guest Conduct Policy which is available at https://www.ayersrockresort.com.au/terms-and-conditions/guest-conduct. Additionally, by participating in the touring in the Prize, the winner and the travelling companion agree to comply with all local laws and customs (including those of cultural significance) that are informed of by the Prize Supplier.

    General
     
  39. If an entrant selects ‘yes’ to the question on the entry form ‘I agree to receive information from Voyages’, the Promoter will provide that entrant’s name and email address to the Prize Supplier, a separate entity to the Promoter,  for marketing and promotional communications. Information provided to the Supplier under this clause is handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at: https://www.voyages.com.au/privacy-policy, not the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information held by the Prize Supplier, directly to the Prize Supplier.
     
  40. Without limiting the above, the winner(s) agree to participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) in connection with the Promotion and/ or the winning of the Prize (as reasonably requested by the Prize Supplier), free of charge, and agree to sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter and the Prize Supplier to give effect to this condition. Subject to law, the winner(s) must consent to using their names, likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome) or undertaking the Prize.
     
  41. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence, and whether any artificial intelligence was used in the entry).
     
  42. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
     
  43. If a winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be forfeited by that entrant, and a redraw will occur.
     
  44. In the event of war, terrorism, pandemic or epidemic, state of emergency, government restrictions or disaster, the Promoter and Prize Supplier reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or suspend or modify a Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion without notice.
     
  45. As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter and the Prize Supplier, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
     
  46. As a condition of accepting the Prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation in the form required by the Promoter, and/or Prize Supplier in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
     
  47. Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Promoter’s email list.
     
  48. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Prize Supplier (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all claims, liability, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) suffered or incurred by any person; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or acceptance of or use of any Prize.
     
  49. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use this information, and disclose this information to third parties, including but not limited to Client (ABN) for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information to the Promoter. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.theurbanlist.com/privacy
     
  50. All entries become the property of the Promoter and the Prize Supplier. 
     
  51. The Promoter and Prize Supplier accepts no liability for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, software, internet service provider or email systems, including failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems, or the failure of a winner to receive a notification due to such technical problems.
     
  52. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
     
  53. The laws of New South Wales apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of New South Wales.
