Promotion

  1. These terms and conditions are for the Mirvac Win An Awesome Summer Day Out In Perth Competition run in conjunction with The Urban List (Promotion).
  2. Entrants will go into a draw to win vouchers to the value of $1220 (including GST) (Prize).
  3. This promotion is run by Mirvac (WA) Pty Ltd (Promoter).

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion starts at 8.00am on Tuesday 11th October 2016 and ends at 5.00pm on Friday 21st October 2016 (Promotion Period).

How to Enter / Eligibility

  1. All Eligible Persons who fill in a competition entry form at https://www.theurbanlist.com/perth/a-list/live-like-a-local-10-reasons-youll-never-want-to-leave-the-western-suburbs will receive an entry into the draw. There will only be one entry into the draw per Eligible Person.

Draw

  1. The Prize will be drawn at 9am on Tuesday 25th October 2016 at Mirvac WA Head Office Level 3, 502 Hay St, Subiaco
  2. The winner will be notified via email and required to pick up the prize at Mirvac WA Head Office, Level 3, 502 Hay St, Subiaco before Friday 4 November 2016, unless other arrangements are agreed to by all parties

Winner’s requirements

  1. The Prize is vouchers from The Juicist, Shorehouse, The Movement Society, Natalie Rolt Designs and Stand Up Paddleboard, North Fremantle.
  2. The Prize is personal to the winner of the Promotion and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or any other item.
  3. The winner of the Promotion is required to cooperate and participate in all public relations, media and marketing opportunities with the Promoter, as required by the Promoter, for a period of 6 months after the Promotion.
