The only thing better than a Paris getaway? Waking up to the Eiffel Tower doing her thing right outside your window. Yes, it’s a splurge. Yes, it’s the sort of thing you might only experience once in a lifetime. But if you’re going to drop a small fortune on Paris accommodation anyway (and let's be real, you well), you might as well make it iconic.
After visiting the city of luuuurve late last year, I can confirm nothing beats sipping coffee (or Champagne—you are on holiday, after all) while the Iron Lady photobombs your morning. From ultra-luxe hotel suites to charming little Airbnbs with serious postcard potential, these dreamy stays are all about living your best Parisian life with a killer view.
Here are the best hotels and Airbnbs in Paris with Eiffel Tower views for your 2025 trip.
Hotels With Eiffel Tower View
Hotel Bowmann
99 Bd Haussmann, 75008 Paris
Ooh la la, this one is fancy. Waking up to the Eiffel Tower from your bed is one thing, but Hotel Bowmann takes it up a notch with a view of the Iron Lady from the rooftop jacuzzi. This luxe 5-star hotel in the 8ᵗʰ arrondissement blends classic Haussmann charm (think parquet floors, high ceilings, and gilded mirrors) with contemporary edge and a whole lotta marble.
Not all of the 53 rooms have the Eiffel view, but if you book the Prestige Eiffel Suite, you'll get your own terrace with panoramic city vistas. If it was me, though, I'd seriously consider splurging and throwing my euros at the exclusive Bowmann Suite to get a private hot tub overlooking the skyline. Inside, expect pillow menus, plush robes, a dreamy king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and deep soaking tub.
There’s also a gorgeous spa and indoor pool downstairs if you somehow tire of the view, though I imagine that is very unlikely.
Shangri-La Paris
10 Av. d'Iéna, 75116 Paris
If you've ever fantasised about living like royalty in Paris—velvet drapes, gilded staircases, Eiffel Tower sparkling in the distance—then Shangri-La in Paris is the one. With its wedding-cake look façade and enviable views of the Eiffel Tower and River Seine, this hotel is a destination in its own right.
Originally the home of Napoleon’s great-nephew, this palatial stunner pulls no punches. Each of the rooms are individually decorated in royal colours of pale blue, cream and soft gold with subtly embossed wallpaper, orchids and the best rooms even have balconies overlooking an immaculate garden—you will literally feel like you’ve stepped onto the scene of a movie set.
While it was a little out of my budget when I went to Paris last year, I couldn’t resist popping into the on-site cocktail bar Le Bar Botaniste for a martini, and yes, it was just as dreamy as you'd expect.
The hotel’s spa, Chi, is a true Parisian hideaway with a 17-metre pool, spectacular green terrace and a holistic and personal treatment approach. You can’t help but feel good from the moment you set foot in this treasured space.
Hôtel Le Walt
37 Av. de la Motte-Picquet, 75007 Paris
Hôtel Le Walt is the boutique stay that punches well above its weight when it comes to location and charm. Just a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars, this was one of the places I considered booking last time I was in Paris and it's still firmly pinned for next time.
Rooms are chic without trying too hard, blending modern touches with classic Parisian elegance. Think moody lighting, velvet chairs, framed art worthy of the Louvre, and views of both the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.
But the real surprise here is the leafy internal garden—a quiet little haven perfect for slow mornings with an espresso and croissant, or winding down after a big day out exploring. It’s chic, romantic, and pet-friendly if you're travelling with a pooch. Très bon.
8 Av. Charles Floquet, 75007 Paris Residence Charles Floquet
8 Av. Charles Floquet, 75007 Paris
Classified somewhere between a chic hotel and elegantly serviced apartments is Residence Charles Floquet. On a quiet avenue near the River Seine and next to the Eiffel Tower, a stay at one of these luxury apartment-style condos means Paris’s most famous monument is at your feet. All 16 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms in size are fully equipped for whatever you may need during your stay.
Not all apartments feature a view of the Iron Lady, so be sure to check which one is your preferred option before booking. It's also in the 7th arrondissement, which I found to be the most 'Parisian' of them all. I felt like a local strolling the beautiful streets full of museums, sculptural gardens, vibrant cafes and gourmet shops.
1-7 Rue Jean Richepin, 75116 Paris Brach Paris
1-7 Rue Jean Richepin, 75116 Paris
After extensively googling this stylish hang-out, I can confirm it’s true what they say—Brach isn’t just a hotel. It’s a unique experience where people from all walks of life meet to celebrate art, culture and the great city of Paris. This distinct, urban escape is influenced by styles from Africa, Asia and South America, and invites you to explore everything the luxury design hotel has to offer. There are stunning views of the Eiffel Tower alongside a rooftop sundeck where drinks are served by staff donned in Le Coq Sportif—it’s quite possibly the coolest spot in Paris.
Taking up the upper floors of a former mail sorting office, each room is decorated with raw, natural materials set against marble and antique objects—some rooms offer views of the tower, whilst others opt for a luxe jacuzzi (yes please!) The spa by Clarins offers unparalleled relaxation with meditative-like facials and earth-shatteringly good massages that must be experienced. Whilst we can never get enough of a good spa, our favourite part of the hotel might just be the pastry shop, run by chef Yann Brys known for his traditional desserts and signature creations.
Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel
18 Avenue De Suffren, 22 Rue Jean Rey Entrée Au, 75015 Paris
It will come as no surprise that the Pullman makes our list. A 5-minute stroll from the Eiffel tower on the banks of the Seine, the hotel is modern and stylish with comfort at its forefront. Restaurant Frame is committed to showing the best of Paris and France and you can feast on fresh, 100% organic produce from the garden.
Taking part in a decadent Sunday brunch and daydreaming over a coffee on the expansive balcony are the best way to take in the jaw-dropping views—they really have to be seen to be believed. There’s a selection of rooms and suites and each one features the famous Pullman mattresses and bedding. I guarantee you'll have one of the best sleeps of your life after making your way through the magical streets of the city.
Hotel Duquesne Eiffel
23 Av. Duquesne, 75007 Paris, France
Compared to a lot of the other stays in the area, Hotel Duquesne Eiffel is a fair bit friendlier on the wallet, without skimping on charm or that classic Parisian wow-factor. It's right in the thick of it in the 7th arrondissement, but soundproofed rooms mean you'll be snoozing without a worry in the world without a worry—essential if you're like me and 3-4pm is carved out for afternoon kips.
The rooms bring a cool retro energy, with patterned carpets, mustard-yellow accents, and cozy leather couches that make you want to kick back and settle in. And if you’re lucky enough to snag the right room, you'll be waking up to a view of the Eiffel Tower right from your bed.
Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris
31 Av. George V, 75008 Paris, France
If you want to really push the boat out on your Paris trip, the Four Seasons George V is where you make it happen. This iconic hotel, just a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées, is the epitome of luxury. Think jaw-dropping art deco interiors in neutral tones, chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, impeccable service, and, of course, stunning views of the grand ol' Eiffel Tower.
Though I haven’t stayed here yet, I’m already dreaming of unwinding in the serene spa and indulging in the three Michelin-starred restaurants on-site. When it’s time to treat myself properly in Paris, George V is absolutely top of the list.

Airbnbs With Eiffel Tower View
The Chambertin
If I could dream up the ultimate Parisian apartment, this would be it. Set on a leafy Left Bank street on a tree-lined street, The Chambertin is a fully renovated Airbnb oozing Parisian charm with its classic architecture, claw-footed bathtub, balcony with Eiffel Tower views and sophisticated French interior design.
Within walking distance to some of the best museums and galleries, top-tier restaurants and famed Rue Cler food markets, it would be rude not to take a stroll and pick up some delicious pastries and eats to whip up in your fully stocked kitchen (but with so many incredible restaurants and galleries a short wander away, you might even unpack the groceries. End your evenings with a long soak in the tub as the tower sparkles in the background. Bliss.
The Bergerac
The Bergerac is what my French apartment fantasies are made on: elegant, refined and breathtakingly beautiful. There’s no doubt this one’s a little boujee, but if you can shack up as a group, it’s totally worth the treat. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a modern kitchen, it’s superb for a family holiday or group of friends.
Situated in one of the most upscale neighbourhoods in Paris, you’ll have no trouble getting around to some of the city’s best restaurants, bakeries and major sights including the tower itself. With dazzling views over the Eiffel Tower from the dining area and balcony, tucking into a French pastry whilst you devour your morning coffee will be the highlight of your trip.
Apartment Neymar
My toxic trait is that I truly believe I'd be able to write the world's most amazing manuscript if I just had a week alone at Apartment Neymar. The true heart of this oh-so chic home is the lounge room, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a green velvet couch and rich red drapes—basically, the perfect setting to pen something profound.
The walls are covered in art and photographs to fuel your gallery-hopping inspiration, and the petite French balcony is made for sipping an aperitif while gazing out over the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops. It’s in moments like these you’re convinced you could write the next great French novel… or at the very least, a killer Instagram caption.
Eiffel Tower View With Balcony
The clue is in the name with this one. It's so close to the Eiffel Tower that you’ll need to make use of the blackout blinds to shut out the twinkling lights when you’re finally ready to switch off and go to sleep. This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment is as modern as they come in the city of love. Stunningly adorned in pastel furnishings, it comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom big enough to make your travel-weary soul weep with joy.
You can spy the tower from nearly every room, but the real star is the slim little balcony—just big enough for two glasses of wine, a baguette, and your best attempt at being Parisian. Bonus points: it’s perched right above a metro station, so you can roll straight from breakfast croissant to gallery-hopping without missing a beat.
Luxury & Breathtaking Eiffel & Paris Amazing View
There's nothing understated about this luxe apartment. Dripping in pink marble, gold leaf, and palace-worthy furnishings, this place is pure Parisian drama. The jaw-dropping Eiffel Tower and Seine views from the living room and balcony alone are worth writing home about (preferably while sipping Champagne, barefoot, in the glow of a Moscatelli chandelier).
Inside, it’s all indulgence. It's easy to sleep soundly in the Louis XIV-style bedroom, while the stained-glass bathroom—complete with a cast-iron tub and blush marble from Indonesia—feels more like a spa fit for royalty. Sure, there’s no kitchen or TV, but who’s staying in to cook or channel surf when you’ve got Paris outside and this fairytale setting within?
It’s not exactly to my taste, but if you’re planning a proposal in Paris, there are rose petal add-ons available on request. Drop to one knee in this setting and the answer will surely be oui.
Amazing Terrace With Eiffel Tower View
If you want to feel like a local in Paris, this romantic Montmartre apartment is your golden ticket. Tucked in a stylish pocket just two minutes from Sacré-Cœur, it’s all vintage charm and quiet elegance, with a dreamy south-facing terrace that delivers a knockout view of the Eiffel Tower and city skyline.
It’s small but considered, with a collector’s Eames chair, a marble-topped kitchen dressed in 18th-century Portuguese tiles, and a clever sliding wall to open or separate the living and sleeping zones. I'd be starting and finishing my day out on the sun-drenched terrace with the Eiffel Tower standing tall in the distance.
