Did The Foo Fighters Just Announce An Australian Tour? Here’s What We Know
Good morning, Foo Fighters fans. We have news. Frontier Touring has just posted a very pointed tease that has us speculating.
On Instagram, the promoter shared the Foo Fighters logo hovering above the Eagle Hawk Inn in North Hobart with the caption, “Give me a reason, show me a sign ⚡”. It also links straight through to a countdown page sitting under the Foo Fighters banner with a big old “big news coming” message. So… yeah. That’s basically a neon-flashing tour sign.

The Eagle Hawk Inn cameo wasn’t subtle either. If this does turn into a full tour announcement, Tassie might finally snag its long-overdue Foo Fighters moment. Big mainland dates are assumed—Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth—but Hobart? The band might be heading further south than usual.
So, when will we know? The countdown is currently set to end at 5pm EADT, so tell your boss you’re clocking off early. The boys might be back in town.
In the meantime, there's plenty to keep you entertained as festival season approaches. Plan your day out at Spilt Milk or the Red Hot Summer tour.
