Victorian-based Goldi harvest their own olives from their family farms in Goulburn Valley. While they once only sold their award-winning olive oil to high end restaurants around Australia, you can now source it for your own kitchen—complete with a squeeze bottle to recreate that chef experience at home.
Cold-pressing and processing all their oil onsite to lock in the flavour and health benefits (of which there are many), Goldi also process early in the season when the olives are green and fresh—which means a lower yield but also ensures a higher quality.
