The 12-piece ready-to-wear edit blends the world of art with the world of fashion, splashing Sydney-based artist Gabrielle Penfold's signature brush strokes and earthy hues across SIR's stunning summer dresses, skirts, shorts, button-down shirts, and accessories.
Designed to explore women’s interactions with the internal and external world, the capsule hints at holiday vibes with its linen-blend fabrics, flattering cuts, and Penfold's dreamy designs of lemons, suns, and abstract lines.
Gone are the days of the oversized dad-style painting shirt, SIR’s collection includes dresses synonymous with Euro trips, like their halter dress, maxi dress, and shirt dress. This artistic collab also firms up SIR The Label’s commitment towards sustainable style. Penfold's patterns were painted on canvas with oil paint and later reworked onto a sustainable linen-blend fabric, and buttons were created from recycled cotton.
