Uncle Su
Check out Uncle Su for a seriously tasty Asian menu. Combining Mandarin and Cantonese ingredients with a modern twist, this special festive menu, curated by celebrated Executive Chef Song Yao Su, is one you’ll remember long after you scrape your plate clean. The banquet lunch, which kicks off from 12pm on Christmas Day, includes awesome eats from the land and sea—think crab and scallop dumplings, fried live coral trout, chicken shu mai with truffle, and mochi for dessert. There will even be a special appearance from Santa.
Kiyomi
For a luxury Christmas dinner, make tracks to Kiyomi at The Star. The award-winning Japanese restaurant—which boasts two chefs hats—is food nirvana. On the menu you’ll find fresh sashimi, the best sushi you’ll ever have the pleasure of devouring, authentic binchotan (charcoal BBQ) and tasty tempura—the Moreton Bay bug with grapefruit salad is an absolute must order. Bellini Saturdays
There's only one way to do summer this year—and it's from above. Skip the sweltering sun this season and head to Bellini Saturdays with Nineteen at The Star. Feast on killer skyline views and a fresh share menu of shucked oysters, olives, charcuterie, mushroom arancini balls, fries and of course refreshing bellinis to wash it all down. Running every Saturday from 4pm to 7pm, Bellini Saturdays are just $79 per person.
