You love cheese. You love wine. So you're absolutely going to want to spend two hours sampling some of Australia's finest of both at the next night of wine and cheese taking over the Treasury Hotel and Courtyard this month, this time with South Australian wine at the helm.
For one night, all the nooks and corners of the ground floor of the hotel will be overflowing with wine tasting stations where you can sip your way through a divine selection of red, white and sparkling wines from Wynns Coonawarra Estate, along with a few drops from the Treasury Hotel's own collection. The fun will continue all the way out into the Treasury Hotel's secret courtyard, known only to those lucky few who've been to an event at the hotel before.
But you can’t have wine without cheese (well, I mean, you can but what’d be the point) which is why there will also be feasting stations loaded up with a smorgasbord of lactic delights, dips, breads and miscellaneous antipasto party starters, as well as roaming canapes to chase down.
It's all going down on Friday 15 July so you've got the whole weekend off to nurse your sore head. Tickets are $70, including all those wine and cheese samples, and you can nab them here.
