Calling all Bluey fans—the highly-anticipated Bluey’s World has finally opened its doors in Bluey’s hometown of Brisbane, offering up a one-of-kind immersive experience. Whether you’ve watched every episode multiple times or just dipped your toes in, this real life recreation of the Heeler home will have you navigating recognisable sets, interactive games, and familiar characters—almost as if you were in a Bluey episode yourself.
Situated in a custom-built pavilion at Northshore, right in front of the ferry stop where the new CityDogs pull up, Bluey’s World is a massive space that has been meticulously created to mirror the spirit of the beloved animation—starting by walking up the front steps and through the front door of that iconic Queenslander. From there, you’ll walk through recreations of rooms from the show, and even come face-to-face with some very real characters—some of which may be in charge of guiding you through this immersive experience (wink wink).
Tactile, fun, and oh so playful, the one hour experience will awaken the inner child of every visitor, no matter their age, however it will certainly be more of a treat for avid Bluey watchers who’ll recognise the episodes that have been drawn on for the immersive storyline. If you know who or what we mean when we say Chattermax, the magic xylophone, a fairy circle and Unicorny, well, you’re in for a treat in here.
Better still, you won’t even have to drag the kids away as soon as it’s over, as awaiting you at the end is a gift shop slinging exclusive merch so you can take the experience home, plus an on-theme playground, cafe and ice creamery and a takeaway eatery that looks suspiciously like the famed Golden Crown Takeaway.
Bluey’s World is open now and is sticking around right up until September 2025, so you’ve got plenty of time to grab tickets—or go back and do it all over again as many times as you like.
