Back for a fourth ground-breaking year, Brisbane Street Art Festival is returning to our tropical climes in a matter of months. A hand-picked line up of the world’s most acclaimed street artists will descend upon Brisbane this May, transforming parts of the city into literal works of art.
Even without the incredible line up of events, workshops, laneway pop-ups and markets that makes BSAF one of the most highly anticipated festivals in the Brisbane social calendar, the city is set to acquire dozens of new artworks throughout the festival.
This year's artist lineup has just been anounced, with the following creating large-scale works throughout the festival:
Shani Finch, Howard Smith Wharves, Rachael Sarra Brunswick Street Mall, Sheep Chen in Spring Hill, Roms in Fortitude Valley, Soda Mouf along the Howard Smith Wharves, and Satr down Ivory Lane in Fortitude Valley, to name just a handful.
Events will be taking place right across the city for two weeks straight from May 4-19, meaning there’s plenty to see and do during BSAF 2019.
Keep up to date on all the event details, here.
