This Italian Joint Is Dishing Up Spaghetti In A 1kg Wheel Of Melted Brie

By – who always has time to go to breakfast, no matter how busy she is.

Lactose-intolerant peeps look away now, because we've got some cheesiness you are definitely not going to be able to handle. Forever coming up with new ways to tempt our tastebuds, the Italian legends at Salt Meats Cheese are dishing up a1kg brie wheel stuffed with spaghetti every Wednesday night. We’re not screaming, you’re screaming.

What exactly is involved? Well, picture a giant wheel of brie with the top cut off, turned to gooey, cheesy goodness after a stint in the oven. Then, add a generous twirl of saucy spaghetti on top, right into that melted brie, and you'll have an idea—and will probably be drooling just a little bit. You can choose from classic, four cheese, truffle or carbonara flavours for your pasta, and the whole thing will only set you back $39 (with enough to serve two people—trust us, you do not want to attempt this on your own).

If you're already picturing yourself digging a fork into an emormous pile of brie loaded spaghetti, it's available to order from the Gasworks and Surfers Paradise location every Wednesday night from 5pm. Here’s hoping you can handle your dairy.
