Love the magic of a torched drink on a night out? Let us introduce you to the new go-to, flaming cocktail for winter...

We've joined forces with Death & Taxes and Kettle to crank up the heat, serving a new smoky cocktail inspired by Kettle's bold Firemasters range.

Available for one month only, from 4 June to 4 July, the First Flame cocktail actually sets on fire, getting its inspiration from Kettle Firemasters Red Pepper, Oregano & Sour Cream Potato Chips.

The limited-edition pour starts with a bold base of Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin, mixed with Amaro Nonino (an Italian liqueur infused with alpine botanicals). A splash of Amontillado (barrel-aged sherry wine from Spain) adds a nutty depth before it's finished with charred red capsicum and sumac, inspired by Kettle Firemasters Red Pepper, Oregano & Sour Cream Potato Chips.

Perfect for a pre-drink, a night-cap or just an excuse to gather the crew, this one’s worth making plans around. Round up your mates and head into Death & Taxes in Brisbane city to grab this never-before-served drink before it disappears off the menu forever.

Can’t make it to Death & Taxes? You can also grab the new Kettle Firemasters range in Woolworths and Coles, including Firepit Beef Brisket & Smokey BBQ Sauce, Woodfired BBQ Chicken & Chimichurri, and Chargrilled Red Pepper, Oregano & Sour Cream.
