It’s been a few months since gin stalwart Four Pillars released a limited collab bottle, and almost like clockwork, they’ve gone and done it again—this time with boutique hotel QT.
The gin itself is titled Ordered Chaos, which nods to the beautifully audacious hotels themselves through a colourful combo of coconut leaves, bamboo leaves and raw almonds, along with hits of citrus and a little spice for balance.
The trio behind Four Pillars, Cameron MacKenzie, Matt Jones and Stuart Gregor, are regular guests at the hotels, so when the opportunity arose to collaborate, it seemed like a no-brainer to draw on the unique locations, quirky interiors and artistic motifs to create a limited gin from the inside out.
The bold bottle of botanicals can be ordered mixed in a drink at one of QT’s bars, or in a take-home bottle from the online QT cellar here.
